I have never sold a house before this. Alicia made it very very easy. She is very sweet, friendly and it is like talking to an old friend. She answered all of my questions and was very quick at it. (she answered in less then 30 mins of me asking a question). She never ever made me feel I was bugging her or it was a stupid question. She told me what to expect and was there every step of the way. If I ever move back to the Spring area I will use Alicia again. I will highly recommend her for anybody who wants to buy or sell a house. I have told all my family and friends.
