Alicia Preston
Alicia began her career in real estate in 2007. She first became motivated to get her license following a very poor experience with an agent she used for a previous home purchase. Throughout the process she felt uniformed and was left to stumble through the process alone. How could this be she wondered? The purchase of this home was such a big event in her life and yet she felt like she was just a number to the agent she had hired to represent her. She knew right then that it could be done better. Way better! And doing it better became her motivation. All these years later her motivation has only grown stronger. Fueled by the happiness she witnesses firsthand with each transaction she strives to bring the absolute best experience to each and every one of her clients.
Alicia’s goal is for every client of hers to become a client for life. While the goal may seem a bit lofty Alicia believes that goal should be the standard. She’s passionate about the connections she builds with her clients and she seeks to build connections that last. She truly loves what she does and she cherishes each opportunity she has to lead her clients through their real estate journey.
As a resident of Spring, she has intimate knowledge of the north Houston real estate market and is well versed in the latest housing trends in the area. She understands her proficiency in this business depends upon her continual growth and improvement. Alicia is a Seller Representative Specialist and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. These designations reflect her commitment to continually refining and perfecting the high level of service she offers to her buyers and sellers.
Outside of real estate Alicia spends much of her down time with friends and family. Her husband Chris and son Ty are both very supportive of her career and are her biggest cheerleaders. Chris serves in the Navy Reserves and while his time away from the family can sometimes be a struggle she proudly displays the American flag in her front yard to show her love for him and for her country. Ty is a teenage boy with high functioning autism who can often be a challenge but also brings a joy to Alicia like no other. Together they share their home with their ferocious mini pug Bella and rambunctious huskie Onyx.
Alicia enjoys taking her bike out along the Spring Creek trail, playing kickball with her closest friends, catching sunsets out on Lake Conroe, and joining Chris on long road trips around this beautiful country in their campervan.
